Iteration 26 — fix #3b — exp_plateau schedule (fast ramp, plateau through scene)

Session 32 exp_plateau: fast exponential ramp + plateau B-injection. Seth's diagnosis of iter 24/25: ramp_down/ramp_up fixed the BOUNDARIES but left within-scene simplification intact — injection turned off after N frames and the chain resumed drifting toward the attractor. exp_plateau keeps injection ACTIVE throughout each scene. Schedule: α_t = α_max · (1 − e^(−k·t)) where t = frames-since-scene-start, k = 3/N. For N=3, α reaches ~95% of α_max by frame 3 (half a second at 6fps) then plateaus at α_max for the remaining ~25 frames until the next scene boundary resets B_latent. Per-scene α trajectory at N=3, α_max=0.5: 0.00, 0.32, 0.43, 0.48, 0.49, 0.50, 0.50, 0.50, ... (plateau from frame 4 onward). Tradeoff: every frame mid-scene is ~0.5·chain + 0.5·B_latent then denoised — chain no longer evolves freely, scene visual arc may feel like 'B_latent with ripples' rather than 'scene evolving toward something.' Worth seeing whether that's acceptable for the aesthetic.
