Iteration 21 — iter 12 config + strength base 0.25→0.35 (fix layer #2)

Session 32 fix layer #2: iter 12 config + silent-audio img2img strength floor raised from 0.25 to 0.35. Effective strength range: [0.35, 0.50] (was [0.25, 0.50] in iter 20 baseline). More denoising per frame = less VAE-loss smoothing in the img2img chain. Rationale: Seth's Session 15 priority-fix list item #2 — 'raise strength floor to 0.25'. Git inspection revealed iter 12 already ran at base=0.25; the true unapplied lever is pushing base above 0.25. Only variable changed vs iter 20: base_strength. Everything else identical (SDXL Turbo, 6/12 inference steps, CFG 0.0, 1024², base 6fps → RIFE 24fps, EulerAncestralDiscreteScheduler, quick_morph scene boundaries, no Gemma expansion, 4-scene Opus storyboard cached from iter 20 — same scene content). A/B reference: Iteration 20 (tag s32-baseline) = same config at base=0.25.
